Job summary

Sedgwick in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive profitable growth for the Property of America business by expanding client relationships and market presence, and by delivering superior property claims services.

You will lead regional operations, manage staff, ensure quality and client satisfaction, travel as needed, and mentor teams to achieve performance objectives in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of related experience in property claims and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership and industry experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual business plans to deliver profitable growth in revenue and earnings for the Property of America business.
• Establishes talent, management, and financial control plans for regional performance objectives within POA.
• Oversees activities of property-focused claims staff for quality branch operations.
• Facilitates communication between internal partners and external clients to support relationships and service delivery.
• Monitors work product for accuracy, technical quality, and clarity to meet POA standards.
• Creates an environment promoting client satisfaction, colleague engagement, and operational excellence across POA.
• Travels as required to support regional operations and client needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
