Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record selling services to Fortune 1000, Forbes 250, and growth firms.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and national leadership to drive commercial success for the firm.
• Leverage sales experience to achieve profitable growth for the business.
• Generate referrals and opportunities by activating firmwide resources.
• Build meaningful relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other senior stakeholders.
• Communicate our value proposition including our proprietary investment platform.
• Address pushback and influence senior decision-makers to adopt our services.
• Lead the regional marketing process: strategy, design, meetings, proposals, events and contract negotiations.
• Lead OneGS regional strategy by collaborating with client coverage leadership across Goldman Sachs franchise.
• Coordinate with dedicated sales support and maintain regional pipeline and lead generation.
• Mentor and develop Analyst/Associate support for future leadership.
