Goldman Sachs Ayco seeks a Regional Business Developer, Vice President, to drive B2B sales and forge C‑Suite level partnerships in the Chicago region. You will lead efforts to position our employment financial planning services as a strategic total rewards benefit for Fortune 1000 and Forbes companies.

You will collaborate across the firm to grow the regional pipeline, mentor junior staff, and deliver sustained growth while representing Ayco’s market-leading advisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell services/solutions to large organizations (Fortune 1000, Forbes 250 and high growth clients).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence C‑Suite decision makers.
• Autonomous yet collaborative with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional OneGS strategy and collaborate with client coverage leadership.
• Oversee regional pipeline with dedicated sales support and mentor analysts.
