Job summary

Goldman Sachs Ayco is seeking a Regional Business Developer to drive commercial success by leveraging firmwide resources and cultivating deep external relationships with Fortune 1000, Forbes 250, and high-growth organizations. You will engage with CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs to promote financial planning services as a strategic employee benefit.

You will lead regional marketing, OneGS strategy, and collaborate with client coverage leadership to build a robust regional pipeline and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record selling services to Fortune 1000/Fortune 250/high-growth organizations.
• Ability to influence C-Suite decision makers and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and national leadership to drive commercial success for the firm.
• Lead regional OneGS strategy and engage client coverage leadership across Goldman Sachs franchise.
• Own regional pipeline and lead-generation process; mentor Analysts/Associates.
• Develop meaningful relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders to advocate financial planning benefits.
