Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000/Forbes 250 and high-growth firms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication to influence C-Suite
• Travel willingness and ability

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and national leadership to drive commercial success for the firm.
• Leverage sales experience and operational background to achieve profitable growth.
• Generate referrals and growth opportunities by activating firm resources and external relationships.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders to advise on talent strategy and total rewards.
• Communicate value proposition including proprietary investment platform; respond to pushback in high-stakes settings.
• Lead regional marketing including strategy, presentations, events and contract negotiations.
• Oversee OneGS regional strategy and collaborate with client coverage leadership.
• Manage regional pipeline and lead generation; mentor Analyst/Associate staff.
