Job summary

Protective Life Insurance Company seeks a Regional Vice President to cover the Edward Jones P&C channel across North Carolina and East Tennessee. The role offers base pay, a strong benefits package, and an uncapped commission plan, with a SIP incentive depending on performance.

The candidate will lead annuity distribution, build relationships with mutual funds and institutions, coordinate regional plans, and drive advisor sales. Licenses and a proven sales record are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
• Proven track record of developing sales results in assigned territory.
• State, Life, and Health License and FINRA Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high level of annuity production through a detailed business plan and relationships with financial institutions.
• Support and advocate for corporate objectives; act as steward of company resources and a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
• Execute wholesaling functions in assigned territories; cultivate a successful business with top producers in Edward Jones P&C channel.
• Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers and drive sales growth in the territory.
