Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking an Area Visual Manager to drive showroom presentation across 3–4 stores. You will lead and train Visual Designers, ensure DSG standards for guest readiness, and maintain strong cross‑store communication.

The role requires retail home furnishings experience, familiarity with visual merchandising, and the ability to travel regularly to district stores. College degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a retail home furnishings organization
• 1 year as a visual designer in a DSG store
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate visual merchandising direction clearly

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent showroom presence across 3–4 stores
• Review store presentations for guest readiness per DSG standards
• Lead and train Visual Designers in the district
• Maintain regular store visits and follow-up on action items
• Coordinate with Regional Visual Manager on performance and alignment
• Ensure accurate environmental presentation and product placement
• Travel 4–5 days per month, with 1–2 nights per trip
• Support leadership and cross‑departmental communication
