Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee VIP Sports across the Eastern Region in multi-state markets and mentor the Executive Host team. The role includes onboarding, client contact, bonus optimization, and hospitality management to reduce friction in deposits and withdrawals.

The West Coast region (Las Vegas, NV) offers a remote option with travel and a focus on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and high-value client management.

Qualifications

• Ability to gain and maintain a gaming license through the proper jurisdictions as a condition of hire.
• Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment.
• Detail oriented with effective time management and result delivery under pressure.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the gaming and hospitality industries.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Account Managers in terms of process and professionalism.
• Establish and develop infrastructure for efficient VIP management workflows.
• Lead a team with a focus on structure, organization, and communication.
• Increase Active Player Days and bet counts across VIP clients.
• Educate team on processes to optimize bonus spend and reinvestment.
• Identify VIP players and drive share of wallet via bonuses and hospitality.
