Job summary

BetMGM LLC on the West Coast is seeking a Regional VIP Sports Manager to oversee VIP operations across multiple states from the West Coast region. You will mentor Account Managers, drive bonus strategies, and collaborate with Partnerships and Hospitality teams to host exclusive events for top clients.

In this role, you will manage incentive programs, monitor deposits and withdrawals, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the gaming or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Account Managers in terms of process and professionalism.
• Build infrastructure for efficient VIP management operations.
• Lead a team focused on structure, organization, and communication.
• Drive active player engagement and increase bet count.
• Coordinate cross-functional events with Partnerships and Hospitality teams.
• Manage promotions calendar and VIP client acquisitions.
• Travel as required for work.
