The VP will recruit, coach, and develop high-performing advisor teams, while strengthening compliance and wealth management practices to support strategic objectives and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services, preferably regional or multi-office.
• Former advisor or leader of advisor teams preferred.
