Job summary

UrgentVet, Inc. seeks a Regional Veterinary Practice Manager (PM Pro) to lead operations across multiple clinics as a road warrior.

The PM Pro provides structure, leadership, and change management when a clinic lacks a permanent manager, coordinating with the Regional Director of Operations to onboard new managers. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this full-time role oversees hospital operations, liaises with marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, and finance, and drives practice

Qualifications

Prior veterinary experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
A positive, can-do attitude; strong people skills/emotional intelligence; excellent analytical skills; willingness to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help the team.

Responsibilities

People Management: recruiting, developing, disciplining, and terminating paraprofessional staff, including annual performance reviews.
Financial Management: overseeing the hospital’s P&L, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory.
Customer Service: resolving client issues and escalations and overseeing follow-up communications.
Special Projects: work with Regional Director of Operations on special projects, as assigned by leadership.
