Regional Veterinary Practice Manager ("PM Pro")

Are you an experienced veterinary practice manager looking to take your skills on the road? We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Practice Manager to become our next Professional Practice Manager or "PM Pro".

About the Position

The PM Pro is a dynamic position within the American Veterinary Group (AVG) of hospitals. The PM Pro provides leadership and guidance when a veterinary practice manager is absent, supporting various clinics across the UrgentVet network. This role requires extensive travel (~90%) and is a full‑time corporate position reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• People Management – recruiting, developing, disciplining, and terminating paraprofessional staff, including annual performance reviews
• Financial Management – overseeing the hospital’s P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory
• Customer Service – resolving client issues and escalations and overseeing follow‑up communications
• Special Projects – working with the Regional Director of Operations on projects assigned by leadership

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Prior veterinary experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; directly related experience will be considered
