Job summary

UrgentVet, Inc. seeks a Regional Veterinary Practice Manager (PM Pro) to lead operations across clinics with a strong emphasis on change management and staff development.

This road-warrior role supports multiple clinics within the UrgentVet network and requires adaptability to diverse practice environments. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will drive day-to-day hospital performance, recruit and onboard managers, and coordinate with corporate functions to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to help the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations at assigned locations and liaison with corporate support functions (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance).
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Manage hospital P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory; resolve client issues and escalations.
• Lead special projects with Regional Director of Operations and support onboarding of new managers.
