Job summary

UrgentVet is seeking a Regional Veterinary Practice Manager (PM Pro) to lead operations across multiple clinics. This road-ready role emphasizes change management, leadership, and seamless support for clinics in the UrgentVet network.

The PM Pro will report to the Vice President of Operations and partner with corporate functions including marketing, IT, and recruiting to ensure consistent service delivery and staff development across locations.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary practice management experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred or directly related experience may be considered.
• Strong people skills and analytical abilities with a positive, hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations for assigned locations.
• Lead and develop the clinic teams and managers across UrgentVet.
• Manage P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations on special projects and staffing on-boarding.
