The role focuses on advancing partnerships and enhancing lead management and enrichment within the region, with minimum 50% travel and potential for weekend work and national meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in sales management and strategy execution.
• Animal Health experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and financial acumen.

• Strategic execution to grow the customer base and hit KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, and Vets to implement programs.
• Advocate for the voice of corporate partners and Zoetis Petcare.
• Drive regional partner performance across multiple teams.
• Make thoughtful, real-time decisions with strong presentation skills.
• Lead near-term and long-term strategies for profitable growth.
