Qualifications

• Experience leading operations across multiple veterinary hospitals.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of veterinary business metrics (P/L).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple veterinary hospitals.
• Coach and develop Practice Managers and hospital leaders.
• Build partnerships with DVMs and clinical teams.
• Monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support staffing, budgeting and operational planning.
• Implement processes and best practices across the region.
• Help teams address challenges and remove roadblocks.
• Maintain a positive, supportive culture while driving growth.
