Job summary

Alliance Animal Health in the US is seeking a Veterinary Regional Manager to oversee practice managers and lead hospitals in Kansas and surrounding states. You will work with the Regional Director, VP of Operations, veterinary partner doctors and practice managers to boost performance and implement network-wide initiatives. You will also drive post-acquisition integration and travel four days per week, with one office day, as new clinics join the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site veterinary management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; business or veterinary operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice managers at each hospital.
• Manage staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing and HR.
• Partner with the managing veterinarian on goals and feedback.
• Collaborate with Ops leadership to review financial reports and drive improvements.
• Lead post-acquisition integration for new clinics.
• Travel to practices four days per week with one office day.
