Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Veterinary Regional Manager to oversee and guide multiple hospital practices within Kansas and surrounding states. You will partner with the Regional Director, VP of Operations, Veterinary Partner Doctors, and Practice Managers to optimize performance across the region.

Key responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, scheduling, marketing and HR in collaboration with hospital leadership, with frequent travel and a focus on integration of new clinics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in veterinary industry.
• Preferably reside near Kansas City, KS Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the practice managers at each hospital.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to review financial/non-financial reports and drive improvements.
• Work with the Internal Operations team to implement initiatives across hospitals in the region.
• Travel to the practices 4 days per week with 1 office day per week (or as needed).
