Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations for the Mid-South region, overseeing a network of specialty, emergency, and urgent care hospitals across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and beyond. The role emphasizes developing hospital leaders, strengthening partnerships with veterinary teams, and driving financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience.
• 2+ years of multisite leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and expense control.
• Experience coaching and developing Practice Managers, Hospital Administrators, or other hospital leaders.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for multiple specialty, emergency, and urgent care hospitals in the Mid-South region.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve daily workflows, staffing, access, and performance.
• Establish consistent operational expectations while respecting each hospital’s culture and needs.
• Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular hospital visits and leadership meetings.
• Lead regional growth initiatives and support new hospital integrations.
