Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Regional Director of Specialty Operations based in the United States. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across multispecialty veterinary referral hospitals and partner with medical directors, hospital admins, and specialists to improve performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in veterinary hospital operations, incl. 5+ years in specialty/multispecialty ops.
• 3+ years multisite leadership or senior-level multisite experience.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience coaching Hospital Administrators and Practice Managers.
• Strong understanding of specialty workflows, productivity, and staffing models.
• Ability to establish partnerships with medical directors and hospital leadership.
• Strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and cross-location influence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple specialty hospitals.
• Own regional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvements.
• Grow specialty service lines via collaboration with specialists and leadership.
• Build partnerships with Medical Directors, specialists, and Hospital Administrators.
• Develop and mentor Hospital Administrators and Practice Managers.
• Strengthen referral networks and improve referring veterinarian experiences.
• Shape regional strategy, facility expansion, and growth initiatives.
• Share best practices across hospitals to improve consistency and outcomes.
• Support organizational development while preserving hospital identity.
