Pull-A-Part is seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Manager to lead commercial vehicle acquisitions across our North Market. This role directs a team of Commercial Buyers and builds strong supplier relationships to increase vehicle acquisitions in Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Akron, Canton, and Cleveland.

Responsibilities include driving profitable growth by managing acquisition costs, expanding commercial accounts, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring market

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading buyers, sales representatives, or multi-location teams.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle values, salvage economics and acquisition costs.
• Proven ability to develop commercial accounts and negotiate with owners and decision-makers.
• Leadership, coaching, communication and performance-management skills.
• Able to analyze volume, pricing, margins, transportation costs and supplier data.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Buyers throughout the North Market.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase commercial vehicle acquisitions and grow supplier accounts.
• Establish and monitor acquisition volume, pricing, margin, account growth, and supplier development goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with vehicle sources including towing companies, dealers, auctions and fleets.
• Negotiate pricing, purchasing agreements, and transportation arrangements.
• Travel regularly across the North Market and partner with store leadership and operations.
