Pull-A-Part LLC seeks a Regional Commercial Manager to lead a team of Commercial Buyers across the North Market, including Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Akron, Canton, and Cleveland. You will drive profitable growth by increasing vehicle supply, managing costs, and building strong supplier relationships.

You will negotiate pricing, develop acquisition strategies, and collaborate with store leadership, dispatch, purchasing, and operations to ensure efficient vehicle handling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive purchasing, vehicle acquisition, salvage, or related field.
• Experience leading buyers or multi-location teams.
• Ability to analyze volume, pricing, margins, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Buyers across the North Market.
• Develop strategies to increase vehicle acquisitions and grow supplier accounts.
• Monitor acquisition volume, pricing, margins, and costs.
• Build relationships with vehicle sources: towing companies, dealers, auctions, fleets.
• Negotiate pricing, purchasing agreements, and transport arrangements.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and action plans for markets.
