Qualifications

15+ years in pharma/biotech with leadership track record.
7+ years regional or senior leadership experience.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Willingness to travel regionally within the region.

Responsibilities

Shape regional and national brand strategy and go‑to‑market across the full vaccine portfolio.
Lead regional ABMs and ABDs and manage performance across the region.
Develop and launch national and regional go‑to‑market assessments and pilots.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation for the region.
Navigate contracting and pricing frameworks to diverse customer segments.
