Qualifications

- Minimum 15+ years in pharma/biotech, with 7+ years in regional leadership.
- Proven ability to lead large, matrixed organizations and drive targets.
- Experience in home office/headquarters or enterprise commercial leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with ability to synthesize complex data.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional and national go-to-market strategy for vaccines.
- Own regional P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage full buy-and-bill vaccine portfolio and contracting.
- Influence cross-functional teams to execute on brand strategy.
- Coach ABMs/ABDs and develop high-performance teams.
- Navigate complex customer segments including health systems and FQHCs.
