Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Manager, Regional Operations (ROM) to lead the performance of multiple urgent care centers in the St. Louis region. You will manage P&L, drive financial results, and ensure high-quality patient care through coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license; reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly across an assigned geographic portfolio of 30+ centers within the ST. Louis region.
• 3+ years of multi-site operations management experience in healthcare, retail healthcare, or urgent care.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving financial performance.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams including clinical and administrative staff.
• Masters degree (i.e. Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field) and 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: full accountability for profit and loss of assigned centers, including budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
• Center Operations & Staffing: oversee daily operations across multiple centers and maintain staffing levels.
• People Leadership & Performance Management: lead large teams, conduct reviews, coaching, and development planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: partner with HR to build talent pipelines and hire high-quality candidates.
• Community Engagement & Marketing: drive local partnerships and boost brand presence.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure high-quality patient care and EMR confidentiality.
• Strategic Planning & Collaboration: lead market initiatives and KPI reviews.
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: develop standardized policies across centers.
