Job summary

Toshiba International Corporation seeks an experienced Regional Technical Specialist to support UPS and data center account sales. You will leverage engineering, technical, sales and customer service skills to enhance customer loyalty and facilitate new sales in the region.

The role requires an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree and 10+ years in UPS or data center engineering, with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in UPS or Data Center engineering required.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by building rapport with data center users, designers, builders and influencers.
• Become a trusted adviser to accounts and manage opportunities through conception, design and engineering stages.
• Conduct technical presentations (lunch and learns, seminars, webinars, etc.) to promote products and solutions.
• Serve as front-line contact for technical UPS accounts and address technical needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Engineers to advise best customer solutions.
• Maintain CRM with account activities, projects, contacts, etc.
