You will oversee HR, policy execution, and collaboration with senior management to ensure compliant and excellent trust services.

The role emphasizes staff development, operation efficiency, and adherence to fiduciary standards while supporting advisor relationships and business growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in trust or fiduciary services.
• CTFA designation is beneficial; JD preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and motivates staff; communicates goals and objectives.
• Oversees facility management, supplies, and contracts.
• Fosters trust and open communication within the team.
• Manages HR processes including reviews, hires, terminations.
• Supports staff development and training.
• Designs and enforces policies with senior management.
• Participates in business development reviews and client opportunities.
• Performs fiduciary account administration per policies.
• Responds to inquiries from management, auditors, and regulators.
