Job summary

Kestra PWS is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to oversee Special Needs Trust account administration. This role focuses on ensuring the satisfaction of both trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors. As part of a collaborative team, you will also train trust administrators and manage various fiduciary relationships.

As a Trust Officer Senior with Arden Trust Company, you will oversee Special Needs Trust account administration in addition to other discretionary account types. You will ensure client satisfaction of trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors in support of business objectives.

What You’ll do
  • Delegate assignments to subordinates.
  • Analyze organizational data.
  • Participate in discovery of new business opportunities.
  • Perform administrative reviews.
  • Implement strategic policies to obtain results.
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
  • Respond to management, auditors, and bank examiners’ inquiries as requested.
  • Train and develop trust administrators to confirm familiarity with accounts, processes, policies, and procedures.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline or comparable combination of education/training and work experience.
  • Working knowledge of all types of Fiduciary relationships including management of special needs trusts.
  • Persuasive relationship management.

  • Organizational and prioritization.
Certifications
  • CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor)
