Job summary

Arden Trust Company (Arden Trust), part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking a Trust Officer Senior in West Palm Beach, FL. You will report to the Branch Manager and oversee account administration to ensure client satisfaction of trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors.

You will lead a team, develop operational goals, implement policies, manage budgets, and ensure compliant processes across opening/closing accounts, fee reviews, and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior trust officers.
• Background within private banking, wealth management, or estate settlement teams.
• Experience with specialized assets.

Responsibilities

• Establish our operational goals and work plans, delegating assignments to your team.
• Develop policies affecting immediate client operations and broader impact to your team or division.
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires deep knowledge of organizational goals.
• Participate in preliminary discovery of new business opportunities; collaborate with Financial Advisors and coordinate with business development.
• Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
