Job summary

Arden Trust Company, part of Kestra Holdings, seeks a Trust Officer Senior to oversee account administration, client satisfaction of beneficiaries and referring financial advisors, and to lead a team. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures for opening/closing accounts, fee collection, and annual reviews.

The role requires leadership, trust operations expertise, and experience in private banking or wealth management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior trust officers.
• Background within private banking, wealth management, or estate settlement teams.
• Experience with specialized assets.

Responsibilities

• Establish our operational goals and work plans, and delegate assignments to your team.
• Develop policies affecting client operations and broader division impact.
• Work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of enterprise goals.
• Participate in discovery of new business opportunities and coordinate with advisors.
• Implement strategic policies to obtain results.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and bank examiners with solutions.
• Help develop trust administration processes and ensure familiarity with accounts.
