Qualifications

• Experience supervising junior trust officers.
• Background within private banking, wealth management, or estate settlement teams.
• Experience with specialized assets.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish our operational goals and delegate assignments to your team.
• Develop policies affecting client operations and broader teams.
• Analyze situations with deep knowledge of our enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and business development; review documents for appropriateness.
• Implement strategic policies to obtain results.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Manage trust account administration per internal procedures to be efficient and compliant.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and examiners; provide solutions and resolutions.
• Help develop trust administration procedures and ensure familiarity with accounts.
• Work with all professional partners and co-workers.
• Master all systems involved with Trust account administration to ensure proper flow of opening, managing the business.
