Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC is seeking a full-time CDL A driver to join our regional and local routes out of Houston, TX. Expect 40–70 hours per week with 2–3 nights away, assigned late-model equipment, and strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Starting pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,800 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly bonus potential of $500. Benefits and compliance with all DOT regulations are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL A experience (training for less than 2 years available).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional and local routes with 2–3 nights out per week.
• Load, secure, and deliver freight using a late model truck.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage time efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• ValidClass A CDLwith a clean driving record.
• 2 yearsof verifiable CDL A experience (less than 2 years considered for training program).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least21 years oldand DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with help of cart
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
