Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC in Janesville, WI is seeking a full-time CDL A driver to join our regional/local routes. You will be out 2-3 nights per week, handle tailgating freight with assistance, and operate late-model equipment. Excellent customer service and time management are essential for on-time deliveries.

Minimum 21 years old with a clean driving record and DOT qualifications. Read, write, and understand English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (less for training).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with cart assistance.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Pay

$1300 - $1800 per week according to hours and route. Quarterly Bonus Potential $500.

Bonus: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (not available for Rehires or Trainees)

Schedule

• Regional and Local Routes – Out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Partial Touch Freight – Driver tailgating required
• Assigned Truck – Late model equipment

Full-time | 40–70 hours/week

How You'll Do It
