Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking dedicated drivers in Houston, TX. We offer regional and local routes with 2-3 nights out weekly, late-model trucks, and competitive weekly pay.

Pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,800 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly bonus potential of $500. Full-time schedule includes 40–70 hours per week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (less than 2 years may qualify for training).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Regional and Local Routes – Out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Assigned Truck – Late model equipment.
• Operate the vehicle in a safe, compliant manner.
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
• Follow all DOT and company safety policies.

Pay:

$1300 - $1800 per week according to hours and route. Quarterly Bonus Potential $500.

Bonus:$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (not available for Rehires or Trainees)
