Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC is hiring van/truck drivers in Monroe, OH. Earn $1,300–$1,800 per week on full-time schedules, with 40–70 hours weekly and occasional overnight routes. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered (not for rehires or trainees).

Regional/local routes, tailgate freight, and late-model equipment are provided. Must be 21+, DOT qualified, and legally able to work in the U.S. compensation includes weekly pay and quarterly bonus potential; benefits and PTO apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (or training program).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be 21+ and DOT qualified.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate Regional and Local Routes; out 2–3 nights weekly with weekend time off.
• Handle tailgating freight with cart assistance.
• Drive a late model assigned truck.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance.
• Provide quality customer service during deliveries.

Driver Opportunities — Apply Anytime

Location: Monroe, OH

Pay: $1300 - $1800 per week according to hours and route. Quarterly Bonus Potential $500.

Bonus: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (not available for Rehires or Trainees)

Schedule: Full-time | 40–70 hours/week

• Regional and Local Routes – Out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Partial Touch Freight – Driver tailgating required
• Assigned Truck – Late model equipment

What You'll Do:
