Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC (SSB) in Charlotte, NC is seeking CDL A drivers for regional/local routes. The role is full-time, with 40-70 hours per week and out 2-3 nights. You will operate a late-model truck, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.

Requires a valid CDL A with a clean driving record, at least 2 years of verifiable experience (training possible for less), must be 21+, and DOT qualified. Reading, writing and understanding English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate Regional and Local Routes - out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Handle partial touch freight with tailgating assistance.
• Drive assigned late model trucks.
• Provide strong customer service and time management in delivering goods.

$1300 - $1800 per week according to hours and route. Quarterly Bonus Potential $500.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (not available for Rehires or Trainees)

Schedule

Full-time | 40-70 hours/week

• Assigned Truck - Late model equipment

What You'll Do
