Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) in Hazleton, PA is hiring a full-time CDL A driver to support regional and local routes with 40–70 hours weekly.

Out 2–3 nights per week, you’ll operate a late-model assigned truck while delivering strong customer service and on-time performance. The position offers a competitive weekly pay of $1,300–$1,800, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a $500 quarterly bonus potential, and a broad benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (training program for <2 years considered).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with a cart.

Responsibilities

• Regional and local routes with 2–3 nights away weekly.
• Operate an assigned late-model truck.
• Provide strong customer service and maintain timely deliveries.

How You'll Do It:
