Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a full-time CDL A driver based in Monroe, OH. The role covers regional and local routes with an assigned late-model truck and a schedule that out 2-3 nights per week, allowing weekends off.

Pay is $1,300–$1,800 per week with a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not for rehires or trainees) and potential quarterly bonuses up to $500. Requires a clean driving record, DOT qualification, 21+ years old, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience (less than 2 years considered for training program).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with help of cart.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Regional and Local Routes – Out 2-3 nights per week with time off over the weekend.
• Assigned Truck – Late model equipment.
