Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Class A CDL driver for regional routes based out of West Coxsackie, NY. You will haul freight on designated runs with home time most nights and a starting pay of $30.00/hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, on-time deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with dispatch and customers. DOT compliance and strong safety performance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CDL-A with clean MVR.
• 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience (or 1 year with certified training).
• 21+ years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to tailgate mid-weight product with cart assistance.
• Proficient English reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CMV on assigned regional routes.
• Deliver freight on schedule while providing customer service.
• Conduct pre-/post-trip inspections and ensure truck readiness.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and internal partners.
• Comply with all DOT rules and SSB safety standards.
