Job summary

Bejo Seeds Inc. is seeking a Trial Support Manager to oversee regional trial programs, coordinate with Sales, Breeding, and Farm Operations, and develop proprietary germplasm to optimize market fit.

The role requires 3-5 years of crop research experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related fields, with travel across the region and occasional international trips to support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomic Business, Crop Biotechnology or related disciplines.
• Work experience 3-5 years in crop research, trials, genetics evaluations, and evaluating traits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related computer software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee all regional trialing programs in collaboration with the Regional Market Manager.
• Provide technical and agronomic support to Regional Sales teams through variety recommendations and field evaluations.
• Travel regionally up to 25% of the time, including short notice travel as needed.
