Job summary

Bejo Seeds Inc is seeking a Regional Sales Territory Manager to drive profitable growth for Bejo vegetable products in the Northwest region. You will use crop knowledge and dealer relationships to secure placements, manage trials, forecast sales, and collaborate with the Regional Market Manager.

A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field and 3–5+ years in the vegetable seed business are required; travel up to 25% regionally, with some international travel, and a company vehicle are

Qualifications

• Experience in vegetable seed business with working knowledge/relationship with seed distributors/dealers and growers.
• Preferred familiarity with agronomic practices, farming operations, vegetable seed product development, with the ability to apply practical field knowledge when supporting growers, dealers, and product trial activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a geographic sales territory within the assigned region to support profitable growth of Bejo vegetable products.
• Develop and implement a sound business strategy in conjunction with the Regional Market Manager.
• Create and maintain relationships with seed dealers, growers, processors and industry decision makers in the territory.
• Forecast territory sales and develop prognosis for short and long term views.
• Lead and manage trial programs for new and established varieties.
• Travel regionally up to 25% of the time, with occasional international travel.
