Job summary

Bejo Seeds, Inc. in Florida seeks a Trial Support Manager to oversee regional trial programs and work with Sales and Breeding teams to drive product development. The role requires travel within the region and collaboration with dealers to improve trial processes and data quality.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in Agriculture or related field and 3–5 years of crop research experience, with strong data interpretation and MS Office skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 3–5 years of crop research and trial experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Experience with agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional trial programs and collaborate with sales and breeding teams.
• Provide agronomic support, recommendations, and field evaluations.
• Implement trials from planting to data collection and analysis.
• Analyze data to develop product evaluations and regional positioning insights.
• Coordinate trial plans with sales teams and supervise field staff.
• Travel regionally up to 25% and occasionally internationally.
