Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops seeks a Field Trial Support role to ensure high-quality data collection and efficient trial execution. You will assist with planning, setup, monitoring, and reporting of field trials, working with equipment and data systems to support product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field; field trial experience preferred.
• Experience with precision agriculture equipment and software is desirable.
• Familiarity with seed technology and plant breeding methods.
• Ability to follow strict data collection and trial-management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist Trialing Manager with planning and execution of field trials.
• Maintain data integrity for seed trials and related datasets.
• Operate and maintain trialing equipment and field machinery.
• Support safety training and compliance across trial activities.
• Coordinate with teams on data collection and reporting.
• Supervise third-party contract labor as needed.
