Syngenta is seeking a Trialing Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to support end-to-end trial activities for vegetable seed varieties. The role involves planting, harvesting, data collection, and coordinating with scientists and growers to ensure timely trial cycles.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Agronomy or related field, strong digital skills, experience with GPS equipment, and the ability to work in a team. A Master’s degree is preferred, and a CDL may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; agronomy or horticulture field preferred.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in field trials.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end research trials to evaluate experimental seed varieties.
• Handle planting, harvest, data collection, and recording observations.
• Coordinate with Trialing Lead, Product Placement Scientists, and breeders on progress.
• Operate GPS tractors/planters and other seed research equipment.
• Maintain data in IT systems and interact with growers and CROs.
