Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Portland, OR territory. The role focuses on in-OR surgical support, ensuring equipment readiness, and coordinating with sales and clinical teams to drive orthopedic product adoption.

The successful candidate will guide surgeons during procedures, manage logistics and billing, and travel within the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates with a degree and healthcare certification or relevant sales experience.
• Experience in a clinical or OR setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole company representative in surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
