Job summary
NFI Industries is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Transportation Operations to lead growth and profitability for the Dedicated Transportation Division. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, develop leaders, and work cross-functionally with HR and operations to recruit, onboard and develop our workforce.
The RVP will direct and coach department leaders to meet organizational goals, drive continuous improvement, and maintain alignment with NFI’s Purpose, Vision, and Values
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years in transportation/logistics with progressive leadership and P&L oversight.
- Experience with dedicated/private fleets preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define Transportation strategy with SVP and leadership; target customer and employee satisfaction.
- Build executive relationships to retain and expand services.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive regional growth and renewals.
- Manage regional budget and KPI performance; provide monthly analytics.
- Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives across the region.
