Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead dedicated fleet operations with full P&L responsibility. You will manage day-to-day facilities, drive improvements, and grow revenue with both dedicated and non-dedicated customers.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position is based in the United States with on-site responsibilities and regular long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain operations.
• Experience with TMW and AS400 preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities and staff.
• Maintain client communications and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan long-term labor needs based on forecasts.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L and financial reporting.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance reviews.
