Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Senior Transportation Safety & Compliance Specialist to act as a regional safety resource for supply chain centers, transportation, and leadership. You will guide compliance with DOT/FMCSA and company requirements, review records, and provide actionable support to field teams across the region.

You will analyze telematics, incident trends, and field observations to identify risk and coordinate corrective actions with center leaders who own implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, transportation, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation safety management within a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of DOT guidelines, OSHA compliance and FMCSR.
• Experience with fleet telematics and defensive driving practices.
• Proven leadership in a complex safety environment.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic DOT/FMCSA compliance reviews across driver files, hours-of-service, and inspections.
• Monitor accident data and telematics to identify trends and risks.
• Support investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Provide field coaching through ride-alongs and in-cab reviews.
• Deliver safety training on defensive driving, inspections, and safety protocols.
• Verify compliance actions are completed and effective before closure.
• Coach regional teams to build consistent transportation safety competency.
• Prepare reports and trend summaries for leadership visibility and accountability.
• Escalate high-risk issues to stakeholders with recommended actions.
