Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Transportation Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites within a defined region. You will lead Transportation Area Managers, drive process improvements, and ensure safety, quality and customer experience while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years of employee and performance management experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and the ability to work a flexible schedule

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and performance and customer experience for the region.
• Develop and share best practices across the shifts and network.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
