Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics.
• Streamline logistics in the operation through standard work and team leadership.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methods.
